Dla naszego Klienta – prężnie rozwijającej się organizacji z branży nieruchomości – poszukujemy aktualnie osoby na stanowisko Samodzielnej_ego Księgowej_ego.
Lokalizacja: Warszawa — praca hybrydowa
Twoje następne stanowisko
Osoba zatrudniona będzie odpowiedzialna za prowadzenie pełnej księgowości wybranych spółek, w tym m.in.:
- Przygotowanie deklaracji podatkowych (VAT, CIT)
- Rozliczanie Inwestycji
- Przygotowanie sprawozdań finansowych
- Księgowanie i wyliczenia rezerw, podatku odroczonego
- Prowadzenie rejestrów
- Raportowanie do GUS, NBP, US, ZUS
- Udział w audytach (przygotowywanie dokumentów, współpraca z audytorami)
- Wykonywanie czynności związanych z zamknięciem miesiąca lub roku w księgach rachunkowych
Czego potrzebujesz, aby osiągnąć sukces?
- Wykształcenia wyższego w obszarze finansów lub ekonomii
- Przynajmniej 3-4 lat doświadczenia w obszarze księgowości oraz doświadczenia na samodzielnym stanowisku,
- Dobrej znajomości przepisów rachunkowych oraz podatkowych
- Bardzo dobrej znajomości pakietu MS Office (Excel)
- Samodzielności, zdolności szybkiego uczenia się, bardzo dobrej organizacji pracy, systematyczności, dokładności
- Zdolności analitycznych
- Znajomości j. angielskiego co najmniej w stopniu komunikatywnym
