Join the group of 500 satisfied Contractors working for Hays clients. For our client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Senior Business Analyst.

  • Location: remote work (you must be located in Poland)
  • Type of work: B2B via Hays Poland
  • Rate: 140-170 pln/h (depends on experience)
  • Duration: long-term cooperation
  • Start date: February/March 2025


Responsibilities:
 
  • Relationship management working directly with colleagues in country to understand their processes and requirements.
  • Analysing the local processes and requirements to then assist in the development of global processes and solutions.
  • Producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
  • Working closely with Project Managers.


Requirements:
  • Minium 7 years of experience as Business Analyst in big, international projects.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • 5 - 10+ years’ experience of large scale insurance projects – knowledge of insurance concepts and terminology ideally with specific Claims knowledge and experience.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with leading business and technical subject matter experts.
  • Flexibility to work with diverse teams from different countries and cultures.
  • Exercise curiosity to influence decisions such that they align to program strategy.
  • Self-motivated and able to take leadership on areas of work assigned.
  • Ability to see the “big picture” solution but equally drill down to low-level detail when required.
  • Advanced business analysis skills and analytical ability to understand complex subjects and transferring that knowledge into required deliverables.
  • Experience in producing a range of Business Analysis outputs including, but not limited to, business requirements, business process diagrams, use case diagrams, user stories, user journeys.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to maintain trust at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio nice to have).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP) is desirable.
