W związku z rozwojem organizacji poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Business Development Manager / Director.
Naszym Klientem jest znana firma z sektora automatyki budynkowej i instalacji teletechnicznych.
Zadania:
- Pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów oraz budowanie i utrzymywanie długofalowych relacji z obecnymi Klientami w branży instalacyjnej (BMS, Teletechnika, Elektryka, Instalacje sanitarne)
- Aktywne poszukiwanie nowych kontraktów i projektów, prowadzenie negocjacji oraz finalizowanie umów
- Sprzedaż usług wykonawczych w zakresie instalacji BMS, Teletechniki, Elektryki oraz instalacji sanitarnych
- Dbałość o realizację celów sprzedażowych oraz budowanie portfolio Klientów z sektora firm instalacyjnych, dostawców urządzeń, czy producentów systemów
- Ścisła współpraca z innymi działami firmy w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości realizowanych projektów
- Raportowanie bezpośrednio do zarządu
Wymagania:
- Doświadczenie zawodowe w sprzedaży usług w branży instalacyjnej, w szczególności w obszarze BMS, Teletechniki oraz Elektryki
- Umiejętność budowania relacji biznesowych oraz prowadzenia negocjacji handlowych na wysokim szczeblu
- Bardzo dobra znajomość rynku instalacji oraz produktów i usług z branży BMS, Teletechniki, Elektryki i instalacji sanitarnych
- Umiejętność pracy w terenie oraz gotowość do podróży służbowych w Polsce
- Samodzielność i nastawienie na wynik
