Key responsibilities:
- Supporting HR operations, including benefits administration (insurance, Multisport cards)
- Supporting the functioning of the HRS team, e.g. archiving personal documents
- Managing and maintaining HR data in various HR systems
- Searching for new solutions in developing benefits, implementing changes
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel
- English at min. B2 level
- Experience working with HR systems
- Strong organisational and analytical skills
- Willingness to work in an office in Warsaw or Łomianki (min. for the first 3 months of work)
- Willingness to work in a temporary position (employment contract for one year)
Nice to have:
