Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial data and create detailed reports for management.
  • Monitor financial performance by measuring and analysing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimising the impact of variances.
  • Support strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role with elements of financial analysis or strictly in the financial analyst department
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and financial software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
