Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer service card applications in a professional and effective way
  • Providing technical support via email, chat and phone
  • Solving administrative tasks according to offered services and business procedures
  • Risk assessment, AML assessment, and ensuring KYC
  • Control and handle ODD (Ongoing Due Diligence) and another relevant AML task
  • Customer Service and ensure high quality in the solution for all customer segments
  • Advise and service customers 
  • Provide excellent communication and know-how to explain complicated matters.
Requirements:
  • Very good Finnish (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
  • Experience in professional customer service
  • experience in the aml area will be an added advantage but is not required
  • Highly developed communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Additional language will be an asset
Offer:
