* As Marketing and Communication Specialist, you coordinate content, campaigns and events that drive visibility, lead generation and commercial impact. Your Tasks
- Create marketing content for print, digital and social media channels
- Support product launches and technical marketing activities
- Organise trade fairs, customer events, webinars and promotional campaigns
- Work closely with Sales and Product Management across CEE
- Manage marketing materials, presentations and communication assets
- Coordinate external agencies, designers and suppliers
- Support lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Your Profile
- Experience in B2B marketing, communications or technical marketing
- Strong content creation skills across digital, print and social media
- Experience organising events, trade fairs or customer meetings
- Hands-on, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English and Polish Nice to Have
- Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, insulation, construction or industrial products
- Experience translating technical information into customer-friendly marketing content
- Basic graphic design, video creation or social media management skills
- Experience with CMS, marketing tools or digital campaigns
