Your role As an L2/L3 Workplace Engineer , you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing virtual desktop services based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies. You will ensure a stable, high-performing end-user environment by troubleshooting complex issues, supporting core infrastructure, and delivering operational excellence across virtual desktop platforms. Your tasks
- Manage and support virtualized environments based on Citrix and Microsoft technologies.
- Administer and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to virtual desktops and VDI environments.
- Provide operational support and perform maintenance activities across the Citrix platform.
- Manage and support Windows desktop and Windows Server environments.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and changes in line with operational processes.
- Support configuration and maintenance of Citrix components, including StoreFront, Desktop Delivery Controller, profile management, and Citrix policies.
- Contribute to the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the workplace environment.

Your profile

- You have hands-on experience managing Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) environments.
- You have working knowledge of Desktop Delivery Controller (DDC) , StoreFront , profile management , and Citrix policies .
- You possess strong troubleshooting skills in virtual desktop and VDI environments.
- You have solid experience with Windows Desktop and Windows Server administration.
- You have practical knowledge of Group Policy (GPO) management.
- You understand networking fundamentals and their impact on end-user services.
You are comfortable creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts.
- You are a proactive and independent professional with strong technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. What You'll love about working here
