Shape the future of our Immunology & Inflammation portfolio
JJP Biologics is seeking an experienced Program Manger/Lead to drive the strategy,
integration, and execution of our lead Immunology & Inflammation programs. This role sits at
the intersection of science, development, and business, ensuring that program decisions are
aligned with company strategy, value creation objectives, and capital allocation priorities. The
successful candidate will be accountable for bringing together cross-functional teams around
a single development vision and translating scientific opportunities into clear development
plans and value inflection points.
Your responsibilities
- Lead the overall strategy and delivery of the Immunology & Inflammation program.
- Develop and maintain an integrated development plan across clinical, regulatory, CMC, translational, and preclinical activities.
- Drive cross-functional decision-making and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
- Define key milestones, risks, decision points, and evidence-generation priorities.
- Provide strategic oversight of timelines and budgets and challenge assumptions behind development plans.
- Shape the program value proposition, competitive positioning, and future development strategy.
- Support portfolio prioritization and capital allocation discussions through transparent program reporting.
- Represent the program in selected scientific, partnering, investor, and regulatory interactions. Our requirements
- Master's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Molecular Biology) or advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development, or program leadership.
- Strong expertise in immunology, biologics, and drug development, ideally including monoclonal antibodies.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional development programs.
- Ability to integrate scientific, clinical, regulatory, CMC, commercial, and financial considerations into program strategy.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
- Understanding of program budgeting, capital allocation, value creation milestones, and strategic decision-making.
- Fluent English; experience in autoimmune, inflammatory, nephrology, rare diseases, partnering, fundraising, due diligence, or related project/program management qualifications is an advantage.
What we offer
- A highly visible role with direct impact on the strategy of a clinical-stage biotech company.
- Opportunity to lead a differentiated immunology program toward clinical proof of concept.
- Close interaction with executive leadership and influence on portfolio-level decisions.
- Broad exposure across science, development, regulatory, CMC, and business development.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where individual contributions directly shape company success.
- Opportunity to help build the future program management and portfolio governance capabilities of JJP Biologics. If you are passionate about transforming breakthrough science into meaningful therapies and enjoy leading complex programs at the intersection of research, development, and strategy, we'd love to hear from you.
