Responsibilities:

- Independently managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- from analysing recruitment needs and developing sourcing strategies, through candidate sourcing and screening, to closing the process and conducting negotiations.
- Actively sourcing candidates through direct search, internal databases, social media, LinkedIn, and other relevant sourcing methods.
- Conducting IT market research and identifying and reaching out to candidates whose skills and experience match the requirements of specific projects and clients.
- Delivering high-quality candidates in line with client requirements.
- Conducting recruitment interviews, assessing candidates’ skills and suitability for the role, and recommending the most suitable profiles.
- Managing comprehensive communication with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
- from initial contact, through providing feedback and conducting negotiations, to finalising the cooperation.
- Building and developing a long-term candidate database and maintaining relationships with talent for future projects.
- Creating and publishing engaging job advertisements and using social media to maximise their reach.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining Seargin’s professional image throughout all candidate interactions.
- Preparing and updating candidates’ CVs in line with specific project requirements, as well as maintaining recruitment documentation and candidate notes.
- Monitoring recruitment processes and ensuring the timely delivery of candidates in line with agreed requirements and KPIs.
- Collaborating with other departments, particularly Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance, to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment processes and projects.

Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter.
- Very good command of English
- minimum B2 level.
- Practical knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively during candidate sourcing and screening.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in using various sourcing, recruitment, and candidate selection techniques.
- Proven experience in direct search and reaching out to passive candidates.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in communicating with candidates at different levels of seniority.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment processes simultaneously and work effectively under time pressure.
- Strong goal orientation, persistence, and determination to achieve set targets.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- University degree.
