They are currently seeking a Strategic Business Change Manager to join their team in Krakow. This contract position offers the chance to work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting critical Receivables Finance systems and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Position Overview As Strategic Business Change Manager, you'll act as the vital link between business teams and IT for system-related matters. This cross-functional role requires strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and active collaboration to ensure systems effectively support business needs. You'll provide first-line production support for business-critical applications, oversee system development activities, and coordinate testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Your work will directly impact operational resilience, system stability, and user experience across Receivables Finance operations. Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day production management and incident resolution for Receivables Finance systems
- Coordinate with IT teams to resolve technical issues including payment file processing
- Deliver business support on transaction-related queries and system administration
- Manage user access requests, profile setup, and maintain access governance controls
- Complete User Acceptance Testing across key initiatives including France e-invoicing and ISO implementation
- Triage user issues and defects before escalation to technical teams
- Support system adoption, optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee business-led system development activities and enhancements
- Coordinate release testing cycles and post-release issue resolution
- Maintain data integrity and support operational resilience
- Provide subject matter expertise across projects, releases, and system enhancements
- Update credit limits, monitor transactions, and manage invoice suspense limit requests
- Support implementation planning, release coordination, and deployment management
- Identify risks and contribute to assurance activities to minimise operational disruption Requirements
- Experience in business change management or business analysis within financial services
- Strong understanding of system implementation and User Acceptance Testing
- Knowledge of Receivables Finance operations or similar financial products
- Proven ability to bridge business and IT teams effectively
- Experience with production support and incident management
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage access governance and control frameworks
- Experience supporting audit readiness and segregation of duties controls
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and resolve issues without direct IT intervention
- Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to develop broader business knowledge
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment
