Location:
Kozienice, Poland 💼 Work Type: Full-Time/Project Site
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and manage all critical logistics documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), CMR, Packing Lists, and Commercial Invoices,
- Partner with forwarders, carriers and customs brokers to secure bookings and track shipments,
- Proactively resolve transport delays, documentation discrepancies, or operational bottlenecks to minimize business disruption,
- Maintain accurate shipment tracking logs and prepare regular logistics performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation or forwarding operations,
- Problem-solving skills, agile and analytical thinking mindset,
- Good knowledge of MS Excel,
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in Polish and English (both spoken and written).
