Fund Expenses Specialist with French

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Managing and monitoring fund-related expenses throughout their lifecycle
• Reviewing and processing invoices related to investment funds
• Performing expense calculations, accruals and reconciliations
• Monitoring payments and investigating discrepancies
• Supporting periodic reporting related to fund costs and expenses
• Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Cooperating with internal teams, fund administrators and other stakeholders
• Handling documentation and communication in French and English

Nasze wymagania

• Previous experience in Fund Expenses, Fund Accounting, Asset Management Operations, Investment Funds or a similar financial area
• Good understanding of financial processes, reconciliations and/or accounting
• Very good command of French
• Good command of English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work independently and cooperate with international stakeholders
