How you will make an impact

As the daily manager you will have the people management responsibility of approx. 5 internals and a number of external team members in the Logistics Analytics Team within the Logistic ART.

As a people manager for the team you will be driving the insourcing agenda for the team placed in Gdansk.

 
You will be responsible for ensuring that the consultants grow their skills and develop their careers as well as share their knowledge within the team.

 

What will make you successful

  • Motivate and develop the Logistics Analytics team members.
  • Perform the people management HR year wheel activities such as 1-2-1s and Performance and Development Objectives setting and follow up.
  • Ensure high performing, happy, stabile team members. 
  • Delivering Epics on time and within budget.
  • On top of this you will bring own specialty as Scrum Master into the ART and contribute on your own tasks for 60-80 percent of your time.

 

Who are you?

  • You have +3 years of experience working as a Certified Scrum Master.
  • You have been working as people manager earlier in your career.
  • You have experience from working in a multicultural environment
  • You communicate effortlessly in English in writing and spoken
  • You are familiar with the Agile and Scrum frameworks
  • You have a passion for People Management
  • You are a team player who thrives on improving not only your own area but across the scrum teams.
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
