Your responsibilities would include:

  • executing period preparation tasks
  • collecting and validates the data on regular basis during the month before they are consolidated
  • executing manual journal entries in SAP GR
  • running currency translation
  • processing automated and manual eliminations and consolidation postings
  • validating the consolidated data
  • supporting other Teams invalidation and issues solving
  • preparing monthly financial statements and others data sets for CIL reporting
  • processing task connected with BPM budget/data sets
  • preparing controls linked with the process
  • identifying and raise any risks as early as possible and propose mitigation in order to avoid issues
  • supporting regular testing of SAP Group Reporting releases
  • ensuring accurate and timely delivery of required financial reports that meet or exceed the Service Level Agreement
  • coordinating compliance of the process and proactively introduce best practices.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • excellent written and verbal English
  • bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • E2E RtR Process knowledge
  • CIL Reporting knowledge
  • accounting knowledge about consolidation and financial reporting
  • experience/knowledge of SAP Group Reporting
  • experience in tool implementation and especially in the testing phase.
