- Odbieranie przychodzących połączeń telefonicznych od klientów i pacjentów oraz realizacja zadań takich jak: przetwarzanie zamówień sprzedaży, wystawianie autoryzacji zwrotów, odpowiadanie na pytania dotyczące produktów i/lub usług, badanie zamówień i podejmowanie działań w celu rozwiązania problemów
- Przygotowywanie raportów sprzedaży na podstawie danych z systemu ERP, innych systemów wewnętrznych oraz dostarczonych przez klientów
- Zarządzanie reklamacjami i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z opóźnieniami w realizacji zamówień
- Wprowadzanie zamówień zgodnie z wytycznymi aktualnych systemów programów sprzedaży i nadzorowanie ich prawidłowej realizacji (w tym realizacji zamówień na dostawę wyrobów medycznych do Narodowego Funduszu Zdrowia)
- Terminowe przetwarzanie przychodzących zamówień
- Kontakt telefoniczny z pacjentami: edukacja i doradztwo w zakresie oferowanych produktów, obsługa zapytań pacjentów dotyczących produktów i usług, udzielanie informacji o refundacji produktów i sposobach jej uzyskania
- Ścisła współpraca z zespołem ds. refundacji, zespołem sklepów medycznych oraz przedstawicielami handlowymi w celu zapewnienia doskonałej obsługi klienta
- Badanie i rozwiązywanie skarg klientów dotyczących jakości produktów oraz wprowadzanie informacji o skargach do wspólnej bazy danych
- Analizowanie błędów w celu podjęcia działań korygujących
- Współpraca w codziennych zadaniach z magazynem (w języku angielskim), zespołem ds. refundacji oraz zespołem sklepów medycznych
- Koordynacja przepływu dokumentów
Wymagania:
- Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku
- Znajomość systemu ERP i umiejętność tworzenia raportów
- Umiejętność efektywnej komunikacji i rozwiązywania problemów
- Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym codzienną współpracę z magazynem
