Customer Service Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Implementing customer development strategies aligned with the company’s strategic plan, focusing on the fashion and beauty industries.
- Conducting thorough customer needs analysis to inform business decisions.
- Negotiating and preparing quotations for clients.
- Scheduling B2B meetings with customers to foster strong relationships.
- Establishing and registering sales details, including terms of cooperation, interaction, and document management.
- Maintaining and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics customer service.
- Proficiency in English and Polish languages, with Russian being an asset.
- Ability to work result-oriented and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the international freight forwarding services market.
- Strong negotiation skills.
