Customer Service Key Account Specialist

CHEP is a global leader in the supply chain solutions industry, and we're looking for a talented Customer Service Key Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our European Key Account team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.
About the Role:
You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our key accounts, identifying opportunities to improve our services and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues and provide innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to our key accounts, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve our services and processes, and develop and implement solutions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to drive business results and improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans, working closely with senior leadership to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or logistics.
- Fluent Polish and B1 English language skills.
- Minimum 0.5-1 year of sales and customer service experience in a service company, with a strong focus on analysis and attention to detail.
- Business data analysis and account reconciliation skills.
- Experience working in a customer service team environment, with a focus on investigating and analyzing data to resolve issues.
- Direct customer liaison experience.
