Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to B2B customers in Switzerland, mainly through written communication in French.
- Support customers with financial queries, product questions, and contract changes.
- Prepare customer reports, account statements, and conduct reconciliations.
- Utilize the available system landscape to find solutions for customer queries.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external business partners.
Requirements:
- Fluent French (B2 level) and English, with Polish on a good level.
- Proactive approach with a team player mentality.
- Customer focus and attention to detail.
- Experience in customer service in an international environment is an asset.
