Job Title: Customer Care Specialist with Norwegian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist with Norwegian language skills to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to flight reservations, delays, changes, and cancellations.
  • Assist with making reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their flight bookings and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Norwegian language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
