Job Title: Customer Service Specialist with Czech

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with Czech language proficiency to join our team at TopTalents. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Develop and implement customer service procedures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide language support to customers in Czech and other languages as needed
Requirements:
  • Czech language proficiency (C1 level)
  • English language proficiency (B1 level)
  • Polish language proficiency (B1 level)
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and order management principles
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP or other similar order management systems
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or order management
