Customer Service Specialist with German

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist with German language proficiency to join our international manufacturing client's customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the order lifecycle, from quotations to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.
  • Keep customers informed about order status and proactively address any requests or concerns, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products that meet customer requirements, promoting a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or order management, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in English and German (minimum C1 level), with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Excel and experience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • High standards of quality and accuracy in work, with a strong attention to detail.
