Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with Italian language skills to join our Shared Service Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and monitoring training activities, supporting the line manager, and ensuring the correct application of procedures and working instructions. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in customer service management, fluent Italian, and good command of English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and conduct training activities for SSC customer service members on group procedures and SAP transactions.
  • Support the line manager and Shared Service Centre Manager in monitoring daily workloads and suggesting adjustments.
  • Guarantee the correct operations of the customer services department within the shared service center.
  • Monitor the correct application of procedures and working instructions by the Shared Service Center Customer Services staff.
  • Lead by example and foster a continual improvement culture.
  • Collaborate with Line Manager, Customer Services Managers, and Shared Service Centre Manager to ensure high-quality information and services to internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Italian and good command of English (C1 level).
  • 7+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Efficient communication skills in remote work environments.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to train a team.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of delivering on targets.
