Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to B2B customers in Switzerland, primarily through written communication in French.
  • Offer support with financial queries, product information, and contract changes, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Prepare customer reports, account statements, and conduct reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Utilize our system landscape to find effective solutions for customer inquiries, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Contribute to team problem-solving and implement agreed-upon solutions, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent French (min. B2 level) and English, with Polish on a very good level. Proficiency in Italian is a valuable asset.
  • Proactive approach with a team player mentality, prioritizing customer focus and attention to detail.
  • Experience in customer service in an international environment is an advantage.
