Job Title: Customer Care Specialist with Norwegian

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist with Norwegian language skills to join our team. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving customer issues, and answering inquiries related to flight reservations, delays, changes, and other similar situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solve customer issues related to flight reservations, delays, changes, and obtaining invoices
  • Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist with making reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations
Requirements:
  • Fluent Norwegian language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Warsaw
