Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to customers in Norwegian, handling inbound calls and chats with professionalism and empathy.
- Offer expert advice on flights, products, prices, fares, rules, and online services, ensuring customers have a seamless experience.
- Manage reservation changes, personal data updates, and special service requests, such as wheelchair assistance and animal travel.
- Process ticket cancellations, refunds, and assist with ticket purchases and payment methods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support customers experiencing travel difficulties, providing solutions and alternatives to meet their needs.
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level, spoken and written).
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office, web browsers, and general computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude with a passion for customer and colleague communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, digital service platforms, and CRM tools is advantageous.
- Fully paid 2-month training program with a dedicated training buddy.
- Training conducted in English (Monday to Friday, 8:00-16:30) with upskilling opportunities after 3 months.
- Shift work: 5 days a week, Monday - Friday (07:00 - 19:00); occasional weekend shifts (Saturday - Sunday, 09:00 - 18:00) twice a month.
