Customer Service Representative with Norwegian Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with proficiency in Norwegian and English to join our team at Instytut Rozwoju Kapitału Ludzkiego Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve customer issues related to flight reservations, delays, changes, and obtaining invoices
  • Answer customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist with making reservations, rescheduling, and cancellations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Norwegian at C1 level and English at B2 level
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Warsaw
