We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with expertise in the Czech language to join our team at TopTalents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing orders, and collaborating with key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing customer service to clients in the Czech language
  • Managing orders, including receiving, processing, and verifying the accuracy of customer orders
  • Collaborating with key account managers and sales representatives in the Czech Republic
  • Improving customer service procedures and ways of working
  • Handling complaints and other issues affecting customer orders

Requirements:

  • Czech C1 language proficiency
  • English B1 language proficiency
  • Polish B1 language proficiency
  • Elementary knowledge of customer service and order management

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP or other similar order management systems
  • 1 year of experience in order management or customer service
