Customer Service Representative with Czech Language Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in daily customer interactions via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support.
  • Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Update customer data in the system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Generate reports to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-6 months of experience in customer service.
  • Fluent Czech language skills (C1 level) and good English language skills (B2 level).
  • University degree (bachelor or master).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Openness to onboarding in Warsaw (1 week) and remote or hybrid work arrangements.
