We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with Czech speaking skills to join our team at TopTalents. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the Czech Republic, while working closely with our Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer service principles and order management processes, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English and Polish is also required, as well as a C1 level of Czech.

As a Customer Service Representative with Czech speaking skills, you will be responsible for:

  1. Managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
  2. Cooperating with Key Account Managers and Sales Representatives to meet customer needs
  3. Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner
