Customer Service Communication Specialist

Role Overview
The Customer Service Communication Officer will play a key role in supporting the Customer Services Strategy at Worldline. This includes creating effective communication with customers and partners, bridge-building between technical operations and customer care, and contributing to the company's Knowledge Management Repository.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish planned and unplanned communication with customers and partners.
- Translate technical information into customer advisor briefings.
- Contribute to the company's Knowledge Management Repository.
- Lead communication intake meetings.
- Coordinate translations under time pressure.
- Support the Service Readiness manager and business for projects.
Requirements
We are looking for a customer-oriented individual with strong communication skills, who can adapt their style to various audiences. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, motivated, and passionate about languages and customers. They should also have strong organizational skills and be able to find their way into systems.
