Customer Service Communication Specialist

About the Role
The Customer Service Communication Officer will play a key role in supporting the Customer Services Strategy at Worldline. This involves creating effective communication with customers and partners, bridging the gap between technical operations and customer care, and contributing to the company's Knowledge Management Repository.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish planned and unplanned communication with customers and partners.
- Translate technical information into customer advisor briefings.
- Contribute to the company's Knowledge Management Repository.
- Lead communication intake meetings.
- Coordinate translations under time pressure.
- Support the Service Readiness manager and Business for projects.
Requirements
We are looking for a big thinker who can drive positive change, step up, and show what's next. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to adapt their style to every audience. Fluency in English is required, as well as motivation and passion for languages and customers.
