Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You'll provide expert support to customers via phone and email, addressing their financial queries and concerns.
- You'll independently process requests from customers, partners, and third parties, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- You'll update customer financial data to reflect contract changes, including activating new services and products.
- You'll actively support the operational implementation of new products and services, driving business growth and innovation.
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with excellent verbal and written business communication skills in Hungarian, as well as good skills in English and Polish. You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills, analytical and troubleshooting abilities, and substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
