About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician - Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their elevators and escalators are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and escalators
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
