About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Key Account Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a Key Account Customer Service Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class customer service to our key accounts, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
- Collaborate with our operations team to ensure seamless delivery of our services to our customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key accounts, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development of our customer service strategy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
About You:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or customer service.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
- You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of European business practices.
