Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Account Specialist, you will be responsible for the commercial success, development, and relationship management of end-users' accounts in alignment with the organizational and regional strategy.

Key tasks include:

  • Meeting order entry targets and profitability
  • Account Development (Account Plan)
  • Active Sales Funnel management
  • Periodic customer visits for understanding customer needs and presenting product and service portfolios
  • Appropriate selection of products and services according to customer needs
  • Preparation of project-related quotations
  • Lock-in current parts and repair business with long-term service agreements
  • Increasing market-share by seeking and developing opportunities for upgrades and performance contracts

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have technical experience working with rotating or reciprocating machinery in the O&G market or related fields. Additionally,

  • Education: Engineering qualification
  • Experience: technical sales role or similar
  • Presentation & Communication: representing HOERBIGER in front of customers and building trustful relationships
  • Knowledge about rotating equipment design and function, mechanical components, control, and peripheral systems
  • Application and Product Know-How: active listener and capable of making sales and technical presentations
  • Spirit of initiative and result orientation
  • Strong spirit of adaptation and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage regular customer visits in the assigned area (Poland)
  • Systems and Tools: MS Office, Lotus, CRM (Advanced)
  • Fluent Polish, English on working knowledge level
