Senior Sales Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Sales Account Specialist, you will be responsible for the commercial success, development, and relationship management of end-users' accounts in alignment with the organizational and regional strategy.
Key tasks include:
- Meeting order entry targets and profitability
- Account Development (Account Plan)
- Active Sales Funnel management
- Periodic customer visits for understanding customer needs and presenting product and service portfolios
- Appropriate selection of products and services according to customer needs
- Preparation of project-related quotations
- Lock-in current parts and repair business with long-term service agreements
- Increasing market-share by seeking and developing opportunities for upgrades and performance contracts
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have technical experience working with rotating or reciprocating machinery in the O&G market or related fields. Additionally,
- Education: Engineering qualification
- Experience: technical sales role or similar
- Presentation & Communication: representing HOERBIGER in front of customers and building trustful relationships
- Knowledge about rotating equipment design and function, mechanical components, control, and peripheral systems
- Application and Product Know-How: active listener and capable of making sales and technical presentations
- Spirit of initiative and result orientation
- Strong spirit of adaptation and problem-solving
- Ability to manage regular customer visits in the assigned area (Poland)
- Systems and Tools: MS Office, Lotus, CRM (Advanced)
- Fluent Polish, English on working knowledge level
