About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Specialist to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Poland Branch) - G95 team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS services in a sales region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to innovate with customers and influence the AWS product roadmap.
  • Drive revenue for your AWS service(s) and be the direct business owner for assigned segments and accounts.
  • Align and influence GTM strategies and sales plays together with the WWSO EMEA GTM team.
  • Participate in AWS field enablement activities to drive customer and partner engagements.
  • Identify gaps in AWS products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams and account managers to win strategic customer workloads and drive business revenue.
A Day in the Life

As a Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with the hottest companies ready to use data and GenAI & AI/ML to drive better business outcomes. You will become the trusted advisor of their leaders, decision makers, and key individuals, bridging the gap between business goals and technology.

You will represent your region vis-à-vis AWS product teams and influence our GenAI & AI/ML roadmap to best support your customers. You will work with AWS specialists (solution architects, data scientists) to deliver results for your customers.

About the Team

The WWSO (Worldwide Specialist Organization) GenAI & AI/ML team positions AWS as the best place to run GenAI & AI/ML workloads. Our team helps customers become data-driven organizations and implement GenAI & AI/ML capabilities at scale.

The WWSO works backwards from customers to build and execute go-to-market plans. WWSO teams include business development, specialist sales, and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.
