About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Poland Branch) - G95 team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing adoption, utilization, and revenue for AWS services in a sales region. You will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to innovate with customers and influence the AWS product roadmap.
  • Drive revenue growth for AWS services in a sales region.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to accelerate the adoption of AWS services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the region vis-à-vis AWS product teams and influence the GenAI & AI/ML roadmap to best support customers.

About the Team

The WWSO (Worldwide Specialist Organization) GenAI & AI/ML team positions AWS as the best place to run GenAI & AI/ML workloads. Our team helps customers become data-driven organizations and implement GenAI & AI/ML capabilities at scale. We work backwards from customers to build and execute go-to-market plans. WWSO teams include business development, specialist sales, and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise across the entire life cycle of an AWS customer initiative, from developing ideas for new services to accelerating the adoption of established businesses.

Requirements

  • Solid Consultative Sales and Business Development experience in Software-Technology environments with pipeline creation and revenue delivery responsibilities.
  • Proven direct field experience working with customers.
  • Track record of building rapport with senior C-level stakeholders.
  • Previous working domain experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, or related data / analytics technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a matrix organization (leveraging multiple functions and teams).
  • Solid influencing skills to drive the business agenda in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
