Job Title: Junior Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Specialist to join our team at 849 TVN Media sp. z.o.o. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing regular and acquiring new regional clients, building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media houses/agencies, and coordinating the flow of documents, including contracts and orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing regular and acquiring new regional clients.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and media houses/agencies.
  • Coordinating the flow of documents, including contracts and orders.
  • Coordinating the timely signing of orders.
  • Analysing the availability of advertising formats on TVN Group channels.
  • Supporting the process of cooperation with the departments of the Advertising Bureau.
  • Participating in department-wide meetings and reporting to the Team.
  • Booking enquiries into systems and setting up orders.
  • Entering data on current customer contacts into the CRM system.
