Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at Mattel. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage key accounts and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
* Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform sales strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in sales or account management
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
