We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team at Mattel. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales volume and revenue targets, identifying and implementing specific business strategies for designated accounts, and managing day-to-day relationships with customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and sales, working closely with buyers and external merchandisers to gain orders and deliver critical paths for short and long-term selling.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retailer and toy market dynamics, including annual account planning and longer-term strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful relationships across the organization, with a focus on coordination with the finance department.
  • Drive POS for designated accounts and manage trade marketing budget.

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience in sales, working with key accounts.
  • Solid account management experience.
  • Channel management experience.
  • Ability to manage by influencing, building relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to challenge effectively.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and insights.
