About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team in Warsaw. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement for our key accounts in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Sell and promote our Cloud and Networking portfolio to key customers.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Represent Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise as an ambassador and promote our brand values.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales in the Data Center/Networking/Cloud Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish IT market and existing relationships.
  • Professional proficiency in Polish and English, with additional CEE languages an advantage.
