E-commerce Key Account Manager

L'Oréal Consumers Products Division

As an E-commerce Key Account Manager at L'Oréal, you will be responsible for analyzing local e-commerce markets, negotiating joint business plans with partners, building relationships with clients, and managing client P&L. You will also establish and implement annual e-commerce plans, coordinate operational activities, and address challenges related to e-commerce growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce business management or key account management in FMCG/pharma/electronics business
  • Experience with big e-players and proven track record
  • Familiarity with e-commerce key metrics and trends
  • Strong negotiation and planning skills
  • Analytical and result-oriented thinking, data-based decision making
  • Excel, PowerPoint skills, experience with e-commerce reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Intrapreneurial mindset with ability to engage people towards common objective
