Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior E-commerce Operations Manager to lead our e-commerce team based in Application Service Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for resource planning and allocation, training, development, daily operational management, and mid to long-term setup of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the e-commerce team and ensure smooth service operation along the IT service life cycle for all European customers of major e-commerce services.
  • Align with stakeholders on future requirements, solution provisioning, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with vendors to align on SLA/SLO and ensure delivery based on contractual obligations.
  • Ensure compliance and support of audit.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in IT or comparable educational training.
  • Very good knowledge of commerce tools, web, frontend development, and interface knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Salesforce CRM and PimCore PIM.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in IT Service operation or consulting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in leadership and provider management.
  • Fluent in English.
