E-commerce Key Account Manager

As an E-commerce Key Account Manager at L'Oréal, you will be responsible for analyzing local e-commerce markets, negotiating joint business plans with existing and new e-business partners, and building effective relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing local e-commerce market trends and key players
- Negotiating and aligning joint business plans with e-business partners
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
- Managing client P&L and negotiating commercial terms
- Establishing and implementing annual e-commerce plans
- Coordinating operational activities related to product listing and marketplaces
- Addressing e-commerce business challenges and opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum years of experience in e-commerce business management or key account management
- Experience with big e-commerce players and proven track record
- Familiarity with e-commerce key metrics and trends
- Strong negotiation and planning skills
- Analytical and result-oriented thinking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
