E-commerce Business Development Manager


At L'Oréal, we are looking for an E-commerce Business Development Manager to join our team. As an E-commerce Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing local e-commerce markets, key players, and setting up business plans. You will also negotiate and align joint business plans with our existing and new e-business partners, build effective relationships with clients, and manage clients' P&L.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Analyzing local e-commerce markets, key players, and setting up business plans.
  • Negotiating and aligning joint business plans with our existing and new e-business partners.
  • Building effective relationships with clients.
  • Managing clients' P&L.
  • Establishing and implementing annual e-commerce plans in line with the division's strategy.
  • Coordination of operational activities related to the listing of new products.
  • Possibility to cooperate with main marketplaces.
  • Addressing the challenges related to the increase of e-commerce business.
  • Cooperation with digital and marketing teams.

Requirements:



  • Minimum years of experience in e-commerce business management or key account management in FMCG/pharma/electronics business.
  • Experience with big e-players with proven track record is a strong advantage.
  • Being familiar with e-commerce's key metrics and trends and have ability to predict them.
  • Strong negotiation skills with strategic approach.
  • Good planning and project management skills.
  • Analytical and result-oriented thinking, data-based decision making.
  • Excel, PowerPoint skills, experience with e-commerce reporting, i.e., Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset with ability to engage people towards common objective.
