About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Key Account Manager to join our team at L'Oréal. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with our e-commerce partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze local e-commerce markets, key players, and develop business plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Negotiate and align joint business plans with our existing and new e-commerce partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage client P&L and negotiate commercial terms within established budgets.
  • Develop and implement annual e-commerce plans in line with the division's strategy.
  • Coordinate operational activities related to the listing of new products and services.
  • Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce business management or key account management in FMCG/pharma/electronics business.
  • Experience with big e-commerce players and a proven track record is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce key metrics and trends, with the ability to predict and analyze them.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a strategic approach.
  • Good planning and project management skills.
  • Analytical and result-oriented thinking, with data-based decision-making.
  • Excel, PowerPoint skills, and experience with e-commerce reporting, including Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
  • Intrapreneurial mindset with the ability to engage people towards common objectives.
