About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth in our Q-Commerce business. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand market share through partnerships
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive results

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of relevant sales or account management experience in FMCG or marketplace environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of driving growth and expanding market share
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Google Applications and MS Office (Excel)
  • Polsih proficiency and good command of English
