We are seeking a talented Senior Account Development Manager to join our team in Procter And Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key market retailers in Poland, such as Rossmann and Auchan.

As a Senior Account Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create business plans, negotiate contracts, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
