We are seeking a talented Senior Account Development Manager to join our team in Procter And Gamble Polska Sp. z o.o.
Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to take on a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key market retailers in Poland, such as Rossmann and Auchan.
As a Senior Account Development Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create business plans, negotiate contracts, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key market retailers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create business plans, negotiate contracts, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Competitive salary: PLN 96,000 per month (gross).
