Job Description:

As a Senior Account Manager at Publicis Le Pont, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the media industry. Your primary focus will be on managing client projects, from briefing to delivery, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Project Management: Manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Budgeting and Cost Management: Coordinate project budgets and ensure that costs are accurately estimated and managed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the media industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
